Lead Consultant

Parnell M. Lovelace, Jr. serves as the lead consultant of Lovelace Leadership Connection, a professional consulting group designed to train leaders and grow healthy church organizations.


He is described as a strategist, a communicator, a teacher, a thinker, and a progressive leader. He serves as a mentor and friend among multitudes of pastors across many denominations. The merging of his spiritual journey and his training in social science has facilitated an approach that reaches people of all backgrounds. Dr. Lovelace has recently led this large multi-ethnic church he planted 25 years ago through a successful leadership transition. This has resulted in continual growth and impact within the region and abroad.

He is married to the love of his life, Dianna L. (Richardson) Lovelace of East Palo Alto, California. They are the parents of one son and care for their niece.

Cedrick Coward

Administrator and Coordinator

Cedrick brings a wealth of organizational support to the Lovelace Leadership Connection Team. He is a native of North Carolina and serves effectively with building organizational teams and strategic planning. He serves as the contact for scheduling Dr. Lovelace and facilitates consult services and other hosted activities.

Vanessa McAll

Editing Lead

Vanessa fills the role of editor for writing projects currently in the works for Dr.  Lovelace. She originally hails from East Texas and studied music and English

literature at the University of Oklahoma. She has lived in Scotland, England and Nashville, TN, and currently resides in Denver, CO, with her husband, Lewis, and their two children, Emily and Henry. Vanessa appreciates good writing and good ideas and looks forward to helping bring these things to life with the Lovelace Leadership Connection team.
